What is a self-inspection?
With our self-inspection service, homeowners can complete their own inspections directly from a smartphone or tablet at their convenience. This is ideal for a homeowner whose ability to schedule a time for the traditional interior inspection is limited, such as those with seasonal or vacation properties. The process is simple, starting with an email to the homeowner to download the self-inspection link. Following a step-by-step process, they’ll take photos and videos of the relevant areas of the home which are submitted to us, and we take it from there.
Why use drones?
Our drone roof inspections provide valuable insights on those hard-to-reach rooftops. These specialty surveys are of particular value on multi-story, flat roof, and commercial properties. Drones can go where a camera pole cannot – and are much safer than a physical roof climb inspection.
