Two Quality Assurance Departments
Because homes can be as different as snowflakes, Insurance Risk Services has two
quality assurance departments to insure accuracy and consistency in the products delivered
to your underwriting department.
Inspector Quality Assurance (IQA) trains all inspectors. A classroom
session is held to cover your underwriting concerns, all forms, procedures, conduct and
dress code.
In addition to the classroom training all inspectors are visited bi-monthly by the IQA
representatives in the field to cover inspection techniques and measuring accuracy.
Complete records are drawn at random and spot checked by IQA to insure quality and
inspector accuracy.
Product Quality Assurance (PQA) is monitored in-house by trained
personnel to verify all information has been provided and transcribed to the finished
inspection report.
